• Very brave list. Most impressive.
VM blushes a little because she is sometimes flashy and has an egomaniac streak.:-P
  • These things are infectious...

    Your list proves your contentment.

And student loans are a bitch!

  • I've got about 20 things to say but I'll try to keep it short. I'm surprised to hear that your parents were deaf. That's interesting. Are any of your siblings deaf? Don't shave or wax. It's gross. Though, I'm not sure I needed to know that about your ass! (Just kidding!) I know Hubbard and I cried more after 9/11 than we ever had. He was just talking about that with our friend Clark. I mean, there for a while I'd well up with tears with no warning at all! I'm better now, though. That's funny that you're afraid of the South. But, I can kinda see where you're coming from. I'm kind of that way about changing lanes myself. Except my bent on it is to change lanes as early as possible or just get in the lane I'm going to need to be in and stay there. My company is great about gay rights, too. We have benefits for partners and everything. I'm pretty proud of that!
  • Holy shit! You pulled out the stops on this one, Big Boy! This goes in the too hot for xanga file.
  • i enjoyed that. i didnt even skim. but, i'm with margie about your ass. not that there is anything wrong with that!
  • as a hairless muscle boy, i take serious offense to #56

great list! you really poured it all out for us to consume, didn't you?

  • by the way.... what the hell is a "spliff"?

  • spliff = joint = blunt

    come now!

or do you always use a bong?

    :-)
  • Nelly boys? LMAO.. I have no idea what a nelly boy is , but it sounds funny! Great list. A very honest list. Thanks. It was a great read.
  • Nelly men are the WORST. Thanks for the list... wasn't it fun?

And now, I'm going to go spend the day thinking about your hot, hairy ass.
  • Impressive list. I admire your signing abilities. Come on to TX. Don't be afraid, we are nice people.
  • You're a great guy Sean. You have a beautiful heart. Your honesty is refreshing and your tenderness is wonderful. I hope you continue to be blessed all your life!
  • A very open, honest and thoughtful blog. I enjoyed my visit.
  • Whew. I don't have enough energy to make one of those lists.
  • It's difficult for me to believe you were seriously that shy. Maybe there's hope for me too.
  • I thought gay men were abused as children and hated their fathers! Another illusion down the drain.

On a serious note, good blog. If you ever come to SoCal please look me up. I would love to converse with a guitar playing MIDI expert. I'm trying to figure out how I can play my guitar and have the music transcribed onto my computer.
  • Hey, i was wonder ing if you could talk more about your interpreter career becaseu I am getting ready to go to school for it. I have taken Sign I and part of II. I decided to learn sign when my mother started losingher hearing, but that's not the point. I was wondering about what it was like and things of that nature. And also I am in Houston, Texas and we have some GREAT schols around here. There is a really good interpreter program at HCC (Houston Community College) and the few deaf ppl I have tlaked to told me to go there.

I do not have an xanga by the way. But I am really very interested in reading about that. That and your sweaty hairy ass. I'm sorry but that really took the cake! And sorry about rambling and my spelling. I knew I should ahve paid more attention in school. Damn. lol

    Christina, Tx!

Go Texas! Even though it sucks cause of the whole death penalty thing. but hey what can you do.

  • Hey dude, I didn't know ur 'rents divorced or ur sister ran away. God, your feet don't LOOK that BIG!

You're a lot more sensitive than you appear, I thought u were kind of vain and arrogant. Perhaps ur almost as insecure as I am!

  • You didn't "break my heart", but I forgive u for trying! :)

You must be a natural flirt! Horny dog!
  • Great list! I thoroughly enjoyed reading about you!! I'm sorry about your Dad, I lost my Dad a few years ago and I miss him a bunch too.
Hopefully I will see you around on Xanga!
  • you are wonderful! you don't flirt? you hardly need to with your great attitude and, of course i have to say, your hot ass! glad you don't wax (eek!) or shave, stubble is nasty.
  • I can tell after reading this that I'm going to fall victim to the 101 List of Doom.

    Sean, too good...really. ;-)

  • Wow great list Sean! Have a great weekend yu hear :-) (PS: I prefer the hairless muscle boys ;-) )
  • Where did your skins go??

#11 I have a gay friend and when we were little he always preferred my company to those of his naughty brothers. I think he knew too.
  • Ok sean.. think of my as number 79 :-D *holding out my hand*...... and umm. number 96? That was alittle to much information. LOL. Thanks for putting the time into this. I enjoyed it. {v}
  • Yours is the first time I have read this list all the through. It was open, honest and quite revealing. I appreciate that you did it.

    Thanks,

    Steve
  • I love the Talking Heads/David Bryne. Saw them at the Agora Ballroom (RIP) in Atlanta. I cried for 3 weeks after 9/11. Then my friend Hart / Thumper12 whom I'd known 23 years since we were thrown together as roommates at UGA/Athens GA died in an odd fire 10/6. Then my brother's problems, and other stuff etc....seems I spent 6 months being upset over one thing or another....hopefully it's settling down now...
  • Loved your list! We have a few things in common one being that we both prefer manly men over nelly boys. *smile*

  • Holy crap! Now that's a list!
  • I think I'll have to do one of those lists.
  • Wow I don't know if I could do a list like that...so much honesty and courage is required. I really respect you for bustin' out the 101 things for everyone and their dog to read. Most of us Southerners are nice folks...at least the ones I know are. I'm against the death penalty and wish people didn't feel the need to own guns; good call on the bad karma. :-)

    peace
  • Now that was a damn fine list, Sir! I enjoyed them all except #96. Hehehehe :-D

And watch yer mouth, young man! I work for the Evil Empire (Microsoft) on occasion as a contractor. :-D (But I do appreciate your views and, if they didn't provide me my daily bread, I might feel the same. Shhhhhhh!)

I was afraid of the South until I went to Georgia this year. Good place. Great food. Excellent hospitality. I was amazed. The only thing that bugged me was the segregation on the subways. I am a big subway user, and there were only blacks on the subway. I was the only white chick for miles. Not that I minded. In fact, I sat myself down next to the meanest-lookin' black dude. I figured no one would mess with me, if I was next to him. ;-) It just pissed me off that their are still areas of blatant segregation. Otherwise, GREAT PLACE, and since you like HEAT, you'll love it. :-)
  • I really enjoyed your list and learning so much about you! Thank you for visiting my site so I could have the pleasure
  • excellent and entertaining list :D
  • Cool list, thanks! Glad you like Macs... much maligned little fellas. They crash and then come back with a smile on their faces... a metaphor for a happy life! :)
  • sp3

Awesome! My list is on http://sarah.hackerdojo.com/whoami.php

I wish that it were so concise!

  • The south is a great place to live, work and grow up. We are not all backwoods rednecks who still believe in lynching. Some of us actually hold good jobs and have an excellent education!
  • one of my best friends in junior high had two deaf parents - I stayed over at his house all the time.

    oomp

  • amazing list! I thought #39, 78, 88 were so beautiful I could cry...

    Does that make me #75?

  • What a list! My best friend is an interpreter, too!

I guess I'm going to have to break down and make a list myself!

    :-) I think you're cool!

    {v}

  • amazing list! makes me wish i was still livin' in jersey so i could meet ya! you sound tres faboo! :-)
  • You have such goody two shoes image. Did I write it correct? List is kinda depressing, or it's just me. But ass part is the best. It made me smile on otherwise gloomy day. Thanks.
  • hi, this is crazybear, thank you for sharing all this, I enjoyed them all, and find you to be a ok person, you got a lot of like, like me, this is a great ideal of what you done here, ways to get to know you, I like it, its alright,

  • this would be the perenially slow on the uptake cedartree...duh....YOU are Teddy's owner!! LOL Rob's been linking to you forever and I thought you were a different Sean, whom I already subscribe to! See? Stupid reigns supreme.

Awesome list. My little bro (as I call him, despite his being 35 yrs. young) is gay and always was. He's my best friend next to my Mom. I'm glad you and Rob found each other.

  • Hey, grilling is WAY more important than just knowing how to cook.
  • I would make a list like this but there are still some secrets I do not wish to tell yet. :-) It was very good to read and learn more about you my friend.
  • You are honest!
  • Wow! What a great idea! Thanks - got me thinking... what set of characteristics defines 'me'... I'll think of something
